LATIN AMERICAN ALLIANCE FOR CULTURE AND ARTS (ALCA)
ALCA was born in Toronto on November 14, 2015, as an initiative of several Latin American folk dance groups that saw the need to create a coalition, a unifying body that represented the interests of the community of artists.
